You have 14 days (from the day of delivery until the day when you go to the post office) to return it to us. We issue a full refund if the bra is in its initial condition and will still have all the tags on. We will return your money via the payment method you used straight after we have evaluated the returned item.
Silk adapts to your body
Silk is a very delicate material which absorbs and adjusts to each body type. Therefore, if you feel like the bralette model that you ordered does not really fit you or you would like to have a different size, please return the bra to us unworn. If after the first try-on, the bra really doesn’t fit, send it back to us.
Free return shipping
We will cover the shipping costs if you ship it with DHL. We can provide the return label for you and all you have to do is just to drop off the package at your nearest DHL point.
