How do I return an item?

You have 14 days (from the day of delivery until the day when you go to the post office) to return it to us. We issue a full refund if the product is in its initial condition and will still have all the tags on. 

Do know that silk is a very delicate material which absorbs and adjusts to each body type. Therefore, if you feel like the product that you ordered does not really fit you or you would like to have a different size, please return it to us unworn.

Accounts for lingerie only: We guarantee complete comfort and quality if you have the right fit which is why we will not accept bras that will have any signs of wear. We will cover the shipping costs within the Netherlands if you ship it with DHL. All you have to do is just to drop off the package at your nearest DHL point. We will return your money via the payment method you used straight after we have evaluated the returned item. If you have any questions, you can always write us.

How much time do I have to make a return?

Not the right fit after all? That’s a shame, well, we hope you’ll get your size right with that next one. Just let us know if you need help with the sizing. OK, back to the point: You have 14 days (from the day of delivery until the day when you go to the post office) to return it to us. Contact us so we can provide the return* label for you and all you have to do is just to drop off the package at your nearest DHL point.

*Please note that face masks, samples and scrunchies are non-returnable for reasons of health and safety.

The size I wanted is sold out. When will it be available again?

As all our products are completely handmade, it takes quite some time to make them as perfect as they are so please be patient. Beauty takes time, but once you will get your Māsa product, it’ll be totally worth it. We will do our best to deliver it as fast as possible but if you’d like to know when it’s up again, send us a message and we’ll notify you!

How do I wash my Māsa products?

Silk is the most breathable and delicate material in the world. With the right care, your products will last for years without losing quality. Silk keeps you cold during the summer and warm during winter. As a result, it does not sweat that much nor it needs as frequent washing as the other materials.

For the pillowcases, we suggest:

Use our māsa washing bag, put your laundry machine on the delicates/hand-wash mode, on low temperature and use a mild/organic detergent.

Or just hand wash it in your sink same as the Māsa bra x

For the bra, we suggest:

STEP ONE: Add a small amount of fine/gentle detergent and use COLD water only.

STEP TWO: Put your silk piece in and let it sit for a few minutes, and then swish it around the sink/bucket/basin. This will let the detergent get to work without you rubbing it in. Don’t let it soak too long, as this can unsettle colours.

STEP THREE: Pull your piece out of the water, letting the excess run off (don’t wring or twist the bra as you may break the threads or warp it’s shape).

STEP FOUR: Lie your wet silk bra flat on a bath towel and leave it to sit for a little while. This will draw out much of the moisture. Hang it on a hanger and leave it to dry in the shade -you’re good to go!

 

Things to know about silk:

  • Which laundry detergent to choose? We’d love if you’d use a natural laundry detergent that’s made for fine wash/delicates.
  • You can always wash your Māsa bra with vinegar, it’s natural and it will get all the dirty spots out.
  • Do not wring your Māsa bra.
  • You can always iron your Māsa bra, just make sure that the iron is set on the “silk” mode without using any steam.
  • Only dry it in the shade as sun might change it’s color
  • For the pearl white Māsa bra “South”: if you see some yellow stains on the bra after washing it, it means that there is a lot of iron in your water. But that ain’t gonna stop you from wearing your Māsa bra- just boil your water, let it cool, wash your bra in it and it will be spotless again!

Do you send the Māsa product internationally?

Yes, we do! International shipping with DHL will take around 3 to 20 working days to get to you. We will usually send your order as soon as possible i.e. the next working day. However, we can never determine how long the postal guys handle it.

How will my Māsa product be shipped to me?

For shipping within the Netherlands, we will use DHL. Within the European Union DHL and internationally we will use Postnl. 

*We offer free shipping for orders above 170 eur within the European Union

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

We will usually send your order as soon as possible i.e. the next working day. However, we can never determine how long the postal guys handle it. Therefore, please allow us the time mentioned below in order to deliver your Māsa purchase so that it can surprise you safe and sound.

I'm having trouble processing my payment, what's the problem?

  • Stuff happens, try reloading the page,  restart the browser, try another browser or another method of payment.
  • Nothing helps? -try contacting your bank or the payment supplier.

At the moment, we accept iDEAL, Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

What's the most delicious thing that I should cook tonight?
